When it’s cold, my toes really really hurt (with socks n overshoes etc.) Then go numb and just throb. It’s a worry. -2 the other day, reminded me of my winter foot aches.
So I’ve looked at heated insoles. Course I aint going to spend £££ just to stop frostbite. But just seen these:

Anyone tried owt similar, without feet catching fire?

I've not tried those, but are you sure that your shoes are not too tight when being worn over your winter socks?
Poor circulation due to restriced movement can lead to cold feet.0
