Giant Anthem 09 vs 10

Hi, Is there any difference between the 09 and 10 frames on the Anthem X2?
I know the 11 bikes have the tapered headtube, but is there anything else on the older frames?

    The frames are the same.

    In 2010 Giant focused on updating the carbon versions and left the ally versions alone. For 2011 the ally versions were updated with the tweaks that were made to the carbon versions in 2010.

    If you're looking to buy one, just be aware that depending on which model of frame / bike you are going to buy, the shocks will be different.

    Thanks for the reply, doesn't matter now anyway as I just missed out on an 09 Anthem X2 on ebay. Trying to find a good 2nd hand Anthem in XL is proving v. difficult.

    try snap up some 2010 deals Dan. XL isnt a common size so it might be their last one available, so going super cheap

    Cheers, I'm keeping an eye out but most of the X4's in XL are still at around £1400.

    I was seconds away from getting a 09 X2 on fleabay for just over £1k, so it's a bit gutting to have to downgrade and spend more!

    I'll keep a look out.
