I've been a bit over zealous with the hose, and my headset has recently got a bit stiff.
I've stripped it back and I was thinking about soaking the ball bearing bit (crown race?) in white spirit to degrease and give it a good clean up and reassemble.
My question is - is it a specific type of grease I should be reapplying?
