Well Done Sunset MTB and mention to Hinckley cycle centre

I thought i would make my first post recommending a bike shop, Sunset MTB of wales.
After reading reviews on the net and bike radar, i order a Gt Avalanche 3.0 Hydro (2010).
Having rode the bike only a couple of times, i noticed knocking sound coming from the rear wheel and a feeling of dread having ordered it of the net came over me...
Now logisitcally i live in leicestershire and Sunset MTB are in South Wales. I rang Sunset and said what was going on.
I then took the GT to Hinckley Cycle centre, Stockwell Head, Hinckley, Leicestershire who diagnosed the problem. Many thanks to Terry Jinks, owner who runs a very good independant shop and stock Cube, Genesis amongst others. I will be using this shop for my servicing needs and maintenance.
I then rang Sunset up and dealt with Gavin, very helpful bloke. After explaining the situation, i packaged and sent the wheel off with crossed fingers that it would be okay.
Gavin sorted out the problem, replacing the free hub body, although a little delay from 'Hotwheels' who deal with GT warranty claims.
As we speak is being courier'ed back to me next day for tomorrow. Also a refund for me posting off the wheel initially back onto my debit card.
In summary, thanks to Gavin and Sunset MTB for sorting out an otherwise good MTB to get me back into the hobby and noteworthy mention to Terry at Hinckley cycle centre for the diagnosis. Oh, i am not getting anything for recommending them, i wanted to mention them as it is so hard to find good service and after sales support now-a-days for pretty much anything
