Well, just want to say a big thanks to the guys at Air Valley Cycles.
We went to Evans and All Terrain to look for a new bike for the Mrs, geting pretty poor service in both. We chanced upon Air Valley when we had a quick look on google. Spent alot of time with both of us trying the bikes out and chap we dealt with was very helpful.
So, they got the business of a new bike in the form of her Felt F4, and i will be going back to them summer 2011 to get my next bike! I would reccomend them to anyone looking for a new bike who can get there!

Similar good story and service from helpful and knowledgeable staff in Zero G in Bedminster, Bristol.
Poor service needs to be kicked to the kerb0 -
I know, but it only seems to be poor service that gets a mention on here, so thought I would be a bit different and spread the good word!0

You need to ask for certain people when you go to "All Terrain" - Either Dan or Ben when looking for road bikes. Both will spend time with you trying out the bikes, and the service from them is excellent, no complaints yet0

She got her first bike (Orbea Enol) from them last year, and the chap we spoke to was great, spent quite a bit of time. Thsi was a weekday, and as I think we went on a Sunday this time, they did seem rushed!0
