Headset Problem

Installed a new headset(intergrated) put it all in properly but have loads of play still-any ideas please.

    Have you pre-loaded the top cap properly before clamping the stem bolts?

    yes. and i've got a spacer under the top cap.

    have you fitted the crown race?

    is one spacer enough?

    got a gap so that the top cap is not bottoming out.
