New Wheelset choice - £500 budget or so?

Hi, first post on this forum, so here goes :D

I recently built up my new summer race bike, with Dolan Tuono frame, Sram Force groupset, etc. It rides really well but I am still using an old pair of Mavic Kysriums (probably 5 years old) which I could do with having on my winter bike.

So, a new wheelset - have thought about Sram S30 Race (on budget) and HED C2 Ardennes (£650, so over budget).

Anybody had experience with these, or any other recommendations would be interesting? Have I overlooked any other options?

    Ah, interesting - I had read about these but discounted them, as the rim surface was milled down but actually, this is on the inside :roll:

    Compatible with Sram I am guessing?

    Okay, so I grabbed the Dura-Ace's - too good a price to miss!

    Thanks everybody - will let you know what I think when they get here at the end of the week (fingers crossed)......maybe one last ride before the weather gets too bad :P

    you will not be disappointed - the Shimano's are ace wheels...
