Ribble Winter/Audax Bike - Total Weight ?

Could someone help me out with this basic query, just want to know the build weight of the above with say 105 groupset.
Google is bringing up bugger all on my search terms.
For just over £700 you can build one up with 105, I notice though that for an extra £60 (ish) I can build one up with Centaur and Khamsin wheels, is this worth it ? Or are 105 and Centaur on about the same level ?
I am looking to buy a new bike for over winter and beyond and have the money burning a hole in my pocket !

That seems about right. I had one of the older winter frames with 105 and it weighed in at 23lb with Shimano 560 wheels / couple of bottle cages and a computer.0
