Avid elixir cr fittings can be used with goodridge hoses?

Im planning to change my brake hose but want it as cheap as possible. I could get 2m of the goodridge hose for under £20 w/o the fittings. So i was wondering if i could use the old fittings from my avid elixir cr to use for the goodridge hose?
