Narrow stance clipless pedals?

Looking to replace my eggbeater pedals with something more secure (and cleats that last longer than 2 months) for my fixie. I am currently using the Crank Bros short spindles on the eggbeaters as I have a narrower stance and dodgy knees. I have heard good things about the Time Atacs, but unsure if they will be narrow enough for me. I know that Shimano XT SPDs have lateral adjustments in the cleats, but are there any other alternative narrow clipless pedals? Any advice and experiences appreciated - thanks

shorter BB is usually the best bet.
You have a fixed gear mtb?0 -

Not MTB, fixie is road - I'm looking for MTB pedals, hence MTB form0 -
I see! That makes more sense!
You could always modify your shoes to move the cleat further out and bring your foot in closer?0
