I've had a look at CRC at like the Sky (Addidas), Conti and Livestrong (Nike). . Any thoughts or other recommendations?
I wore a Gore pair at the weekend and liked them.

Prendas Santini or Specialized BG. Both have grippers top and bottom. Spesh are thicker on the front and are cut L + R specific (as might be the Prendas)M.Rushton0

buy what YOU like - it is all about fit.0

I recently got a pair of the endure baa baa merino arm earners that are quite nice.0
-
DHB from Wiggle. Cheap and they do the job really well.0

Don't make more of them than they are. They are simply lycra things to keep your arms warm. They will fit almost anyone in almost any size. I once used a pair as leg warmers and though they were a bit tight they kept me warm. Of course there are different weight's of material for varying conditions but that's about all that can be said for them.
You put them on your arms - they help keep you warm. Sort of the end of the story.0 -
Spesh BG ones are ace i've got them and some cheap lycra ones the spesh ones are way better. All of the bigger makes should be fine, have a look in a shop.Saracen Tenet 3 - 2015 - Dead - Replaced with a Hack Frame

buy those...0 -
I just got a free pair with some Michelin tyres and they're fine, just bits of lycra with Michelin written on them. I would just buy the cheapest.Smarter than the average bear.0

I just use the Santini ones , they grip well & seem slightly longer than the dhb ones which slip down more easily... I think arm warmers are a brilliant for what they are, they roll up to nothing and can make the difference between being v comfortable and being too cold unless you are going flat out ... if you get me drift...0

DHB small were useless for me, made my arms look like nora batty's legs.
I don't have particularly thin and weedy upper arms, but the DHB were too big, spesh small fit well and lusso medium fit well.--

I have the Endura Thermolite which I purchased online. I have small upper arms, and consequently the fit was too large as the tops wouldn't grip.
I was going to buy another pair of arm warmers but I decided to do some tailoring myself last night, and with 10 minutes of sewing, they fit absolutely fine and have saved me another £15 or so.
One recommendation I would make is to get some roubaix lined warmers. When wearing leg warmers, my bottom half feels very toasty and warm. The tops of my leg which are in lycra shorts are noticeably a lot colder - I'm not sure I'd ever use lycra arm/leg warmers.0 -

Well obviously don't buy those then... :?I'm at that difficult age... somewhere between birth and death.0 -
I find my Endura ones function really well, look fine and are well-priced. Likewise their kneewarmers. I do love having cosy arms.0

I was at Kings Cross yesterday, so called into Cycle Surgery. The Assos ones were miles better than anything else so I bought them.Boardman Elite SLR 9.2S

I've got them, mine are too short and they fall down. Not as warm as my spesh ones either.

My Assos ones arrived today and are awesome.
They are probably made in the same Chinese factory as ones being sold for 1/4 the price but I don't care. Very pleased with them and can recommend.0 -
Can anyone recommend a pair of Roubaix arm warmers that fit skinny long arms? My sleeve length is 36" but bi/triceps are absent....

I got some SPEG "winter warmer" ones from cycle-clothing online for just over £11. They are like lycra, but fleecy on the inside with a gripper at the top. Good fit for me too.
Thought they would be a good idea but wasn't sure if I would get on with them so went for inexpensive ones. Had them for about a month & love them.
