Anyone bought from these guys? Did a quick search, but couldn't find anything...

(someone will now find a post from me a couple of months ago where I asked the same question  )

  • Bought several items... no problem... they're based in Northern Ireland.

Must be a family business, as when I called to ask for stock level on a pair of hubs there were kids screaming in the background

I've bought a couple of chainrings and some campag spares from them.

They are slow. Really slow. Well at least they were when I used them, don't bother now. They don't necessarily seem to have items they have "in stock" in stock, and seem to order stuff from suppliers to fulfill your order. However apart from them being slow, they seemed alright.

  • I partially agree...

let's say they're not as fast as Wiggle or CRC, who deliver the day after for free. We have grown accustomed to such fast deliveries, but they are not the norm in online retailing. Their delivery times are in line with let's say Amazon: 3-5 days.

The important thing is that you can buy with confidence. For stock issues, give them a call, being a family business you can talk to them direclty.

  • To be honest, I'm not so worried about delivery times being as fast as say Wiggle, I'm just interested in will I get what I've ordered! I'm sure delivery times are important for some, so thanks for all the answers, just the information I was looking for! :D

I bought a hub from them because they were the only place listing it with campag splines instead of shimano

When it arrived it had shimano splines

When I asked for the correct part to be shipped they said they had none in stock

I shan't be using them again as I don't favour wasting my time
