Ordered a thule roof bike system for my car on the 29/9/10.Delivered 4/10/10 good i then started to put it together to fit onto my car but found the parts where not matching up.So i checked what they had sent and found out they had sent the wrong foot pack.I ordered a thule 753 but they sent a 754 easy mistake to make i think :!: .I then phoned them on the 5/10 10 and spoke to a woman on the phone who told me they would get the wrong part picked up and the right part delivered in 24 hours.Next day 6/10/10 royal mail were at my door to collect wrong part but the guy had nothing for me :cry: .I left it till 16.00 and phoned the Roofbox company and explained what had happened the guy at the company said he would send out another one but use a transport company 24 service.Anyway on the 7/10/10 nothing arrived but was on a 12 hour shift so could do nothing next day 8/10/10 that is today phoned them again and was told to wait it would turn up with the transport company,i asked about the royal mail delivery and was told they do not know were it is (ie tracking system not working) i was told. I rang back at 17.50 to tell them it has NOT arrived and was told i could go to halfords and buy one and send them the receipt and they would sort me out :( . I think thet have already have :oops: .Only used them as they give ctc members 5% off should have went to halford in first place,been told to ring them on monday if it does not turn up me thinks i will be on phone monday to listen to more crap :cry:

    TBH I had great service from them a year or so ago. However, let's see how you get on.

    They were great for me as well. Very fast, item's fitted perfectly and great advice on the phone.

    Hopefully this is just a one off.

    They were very polite on the phone but just not giving me the answers i was looking for.Not even a good will gesture for all the hassle,really all i want is my 753 foot pack and no more lies.If they have'nt sent it out just say so.

  • How do you know they are lying? They may have done everything they could and been let down by others.

    Tbh you really should give the company the time/chance to resolve any issues before coming onto a public access forum to air potentially libelous views.

    I would ring them first thing in the morning and reiterate your concerns requesting that you be dealt with accordingly. Im sure, if you convey your wishes in a civilised and respectful manner youll be surprised at the outcome.

    Supergoose do you not think 3 phone calls later and 3 days waiting for something you have been told would take 24 hours to arrive is fair. I have been very polite with them and very understanding until friday. I am letting people know what could happen to them if they order something from them,maybe i have been unlucky with them i don't know. There has been a couple of forum members said they had no problems with them so maybe as i stated i was unlucky.Will wait and see if any thing turns up by monday.
