broken rear derailleur cable anchor...

that little plate that secures the cable on the rear derailleur (Ultegra sl) has crumbled.I tried a regular washer but it just bends and doesn't grip well enough.What can i do..are these little things available...?

Visit a few bike shops, they might have odd parts like that in a box of bits.
Or just use a thicker washer, maybe shaped to fit.

Get your local friendly engineer to make one, it isn't a particularly difficult piece to make!
