Went on a run today, needed to get out and do some phys.

I ran out 10 miles, easy pace, and with no tasty hills.

However, half way my Achilles tendons in both legs were hurting. When I got back, I was in agony. Really really REALLY painful.

I guess I've got some nice tendinitis. Now, what can I do to help my recovery. REST, I already know. I had last week off!!! :lol:

Oh, and seeing as my CV training is now severely limited - I just need the time off training - so does anyone know any good weight training websites? Some literature on techniques, exercises and training programmes???
