Raleigh Timet frame

One of my mates has got a Raleigh titanium framed bike that he's looking to sell, possibly to me. From online research it appears to be a Timet frame, it's got the dull grey finish and the oddly sized seat post. On it is full shimano 105, A Class wheels and giant carbon forks.

Has anyone got any further info about these bikes, how old are they, what did they originally cost etc?. How much do you reckon its worth now?
