Anyone getting discounts on 2011 bikes?

I may be about to buy a 2011 bike and wondered if people are getting discounts. I don't really agree with paying full RRP on any substantial purchase but will bike shops be ultra tight with the new models? Just trying to work out what size discount to go for without getting laughed at!
So my question is, what discount did you get on your 2011 bike and was this as straight discount or as accessories thrown in?
