Disc Rotor Thickness - All The Same?

Are disc rotors from the various different manufacturers all a standard width?
Just wondering as I have just changed my Hope M4 setup (the 1st-generation M4's), and found a 205mm rotor on fleaBay for a fiver.
Can't seem to get the caliper aligned properly to eliminate disc rubbing on the pads. Never had much of a problem previously, therefore was wondering if the rotor is slightly thicker steel.

Erm... how thick am I this morning; just remembered I still have a Hope rotor somewhere that I could use for comparison :oops:
