'Click' when I pedal

Hi
My bike has developed a click recently. I cant really hear it but i can feel it through my shoe when I'm pedaling. It doesn't happen on every revolution of the pedals but it seems to be more on the right hand side and on the down stroke. If I'm standing up or pedaling hard it doesn't seem to happen but when I'm coasting it does.
I have recently removed the chain for the first time to clean it properly but i dont think its a stiff link or anything because it happens on each pedal revolution and not each chain revolution.
Yesterday I removed the pedals, lubed them up and greased them and put them back on tightly so don't think it is them either.
Any help/suggestions would be great!
Thanks
Chris

What bike is it?
My Giant Anthem made a click when on the down stroke - checked bottom bracket, pedals, rear QR/drop outs etc - turned out to be one of the suspension bearings. Replaced them and it's smooth and silent again.0 -
