They seem to get very decent reviews, and the price is pretty special, I want a set myself but I want to see a real life picture of how the red looks.0

yup have a pair of hand built superstar wheels. Evo hubs, sapim spokes and stans rims, been running them for a few months now. Still running smooth and straight.
In the early days there were a few people not happy about the lifetime of their bearings but in recent months I've not heard anything bad about them. My wheels are running fine not had to touch them at all/
do a search, the topic has popped up a few times. a few happy customers on here.0 -
i've ordered a set of the switch EVO hubs on the all mountain rims for my WIP 456. the front wheel has arrived but i'm still waiting for the rear hub to come in stock. i have to say the front wheel is beautiful but it hasn't been ridden yet.
for the money i think they're fantastic. should have a got a set for my kona a few months back instead of the mavic crossrides i went for. snapped a spoke 3rd ride on the mavics finding a replacement in the alps was a bitch i can tell you.FCN 9 - 2008 Kona Cinder Cone

I got some XC/AM ones a couple of months ago. They came well packaged and quickly. For the money you can't go wrong. Covered a good few hundred miles on mine and they're fine. Go for it and you won't be disappointed.0
