newbie question on hope pro 2 rear hub

i have a hope pro 2 rear hub which i got built up half a year ago, since then my frame broke and therefore i'm now looking for a secondhand replacement. I have found a Mondraker Prayer frame, however, it has a 135mm x 12mm maxle and my pro 2 has been previously used with a quick release. Can i buy a conversion kit to make the hub compatible with this change in axle?

excuse me for my little knowledge on the subject but you have to start somewhere!
