Is it worth upgrading 29er wheels for the sake of 450g?

I have a Kona 29er with Sunringle Equaliser wheels and have seen some other wheels which I estimate to be about 450g -500 g lighter (total weight about 1850g). Is it worthwhile changing and what is reasonable for a set of 29er wheels?
