I think I'll have a go at explaining this in as simple terms as I can, as if I'm talking to a child.

As the spacecraft with Space Twin accelerates towards light speed, Space Twin will experience and perceive time as normal. A 3 minute egg will still take 3 minutes to cook, his heart will still beat at ~45 beats per minute (he's an astronaut so he must be physically fit, right?).
Time, as he perceives it has not changed.

Back on Earth, Earth Twin will age as normal, his 3 minute egg will still take 3 minutes to cook, his heart will still beat at its normal rate.
Time, as he perceives it has not changed.

When Space Twin returns to Earth after his mission to boldly go where no Space Twin has gone before, his body will have aged no more or less than the mission lasted from his perspective. If the spacecraft's clocks says it was a six month mission, his body will have aged 6 months, but to an outside observer (in this case, Earth Twin) the mission would have lasted much longer.

The space craft may have been away for many years in Earth time, but only a few months according to the spacecraft's onboard clocks. Hence, Earth Twin would have aged at the normal Earth rate but Space Twin would seem much younger.

I really hope this explains it for you (and that I got it right, I'm no expert).

If you don't get it now you are either thick or a troll. I'm going with thick, mainly because you can't spell astronaut correctly (there is no 'g' if you were wondering what error you had made).

I don't think so - in spaceflight, relative to Earth, the astranought twin will experience time in slow motion A 3 minute egg will boil slower, his heart will beat in slow motion . Time will go by more slowly as indicated by the clock on board.

If CCTV is fitted in the spacecraft the Eartbound twin will watch everything in slow motion from his monitor on Earth

all of relativity is based on the OBSERVABLE FACT that the speed of light in a vacumn in constant regardless of inertial frame of reference. What Einstein said has been picked at and modfied loads of times.

So why do you think you are right, and have pointed out a flaw in relativity that no other scientist has ever thought of?
