Replacement Forks for a Raleigh Elan

Hi, I am looking for some help to try and get some new forks for my old racer. I had a accident on it a few months back and bent the front forks badly (and my collar bone) I am now 100% again and want my bike to be 100% too!
All other parts of the bike seem to be ok, but I am having trouble finding somewhere which would sell a replacement. I really don't want to buy a new bike has I have grown quite attached to it over the years.
I think it's a Raliegh Elan, early/mid 1990's, 23.5" Reynold 501 double butted frame
However another option I thought of would be getting a new frame and moving the gears, wheels, bars, brakes over to it. Is this feasible?
Here are a few pics I took.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

New forks would probably cost more than the frame or bike is worth, have you tried ebay for second hand? The important thing is to get forks with a 1 inch steerer (can't imagine they would be oversize) and the correct length head tube.
The more interesting option is to source a second hand 531 or 531c frame of same vintage and all your parts should just swap over, hopefukky the seat post/seat tube will be the same diameter. Judging by your seat position I think you would probably benefit from a size smaller, just make sure top tube length suits you.0
