shimano front mech for giant frame
Can anybody offer advice??
I have just purchased a used Giant SCRC2 frame and instead of the usual 'band on' fixing for the front mech there is a double bolt fixing for a flat plate. The double bolts that fix the plate are same as those for fixing bottle holders.
I want to fit 105 shimano - but am not sure what to order or who supplies front mech WITH the plate fixing.
Sorry if this is a stupid question.
All assistance appreciated.
Thanks

The plate will be a Giant part - you need to check with a Giant dealer for a spare. A regular clip-on front mech.Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..0

You need to buy a "Braze on" front mech" like this one at CRC.
