bottom bracket regreasing

hi i got a new hope for my road bike bb bracket whats the best grease on the market for a bb???

    They're already greased inside, so you only need anti-seize compound for the threads. But I apply grease to all over the BB and BB tubing. Not sure what I used, but it's blue with a metallicly paint look to it.
