I'm stripping down my Carrera hellcat and am having problems romoving the swiging suspension arm from where it pivots from, I have undone the caps at both ends of the pivot point to reveal some bearings, I then removed hex bolts on both sides that seem to clamp the frame around the bearings in a hope to free them. There is also what seems like a long shaft running through the centre of the pivot and is attached to the pivot arm in some way so I removed a grub screw that went through the arm that looked like it was holding it in place, but there still seems to be no way of separating the pivot arm from the main frame! I'm sure I'm missing something and any advice would be most appriciated! I'll post pics if need be!

If it's anything like the BSO full-sus I had, the outer bit of the pivot is made in two pieces and welded on. It can't be removed.

If you're doing a strip down to clean and lubricate everything, I don't think there's anything in there.
