Saracen Fork & Frame ID. help guys!

I found an abondoned saracen bike in a local pond about 6 months ago :? , as my proffesion is a Body repair and Paint specialist i decided to give this baby a clean up. Its mint now and i was wondering if anybody could please identify the model for me? and how much it may be worth to sell :?:

Looks like a low range x-ray or x-ile. Don't think it's worth much to be honest.

Looks very similar to the Xile (a mate has one), but without the brace at the headtube... And looking at google images I can't find out that has a brace there.

And no price evalution threads allowed on the forum - but not much unfortunately.

As said above, definitely an x-ile/x-ess. i still have one that is being (very slowly) built up into a singlespeed!
