Suntour XCT V2 fork

This fork came on my Giant V Brake fitted mountain bike. i have only had it a year and the fork is now seizing up & uncomfortable to ride off road.

Is there anything i can do to free up the running of this fork, maintence tips etc.

i had the same fork/issue, think its common

try stripping it down cleaning and reassembling?
