Assos Luftschutz
Anyone got one? Little on here about them...
Got their climajet gilet which is great for a rain cape in summer. I almost agree with the Assos theory that most riders dont want a heavy L/S jacket (e.g. L/S version of the climajet) as they are usually too hot for anything and if it rains you avoid them until you are too wet to care.
Assos suggest riders are more likely to don a breathable shell quicker, and get more use despite the lack of complete rain proofing.
Tempted to buy... Any user advice?!

could do with a considered user's view - beyond the out of the box stuf.
How is it faring / wearing?

Looks like an expensive niche item. Prob. v.nice but is really any better than what a a climavest/rapha gilet and pair of armwarmers can doM.Rushton0

That's why I am sking someone who owns one and doesn't have to speculate.
I've bought one, anyway.0 -
As the owner of a lot of Rapha/Assos kit I've a pretty good idea of what it's like and how it will perform. Less speculation, more of an educated guess.M.Rushton0
