Stem 20deg vs 10deg

BACKGROUND
I am trying to build my new 19" Kona Kula frame up with the same geometry as my old 2008 one. It had either
12 deg stem 90mm
or
15 deg stem 90mm
(depending on whether Kona or WTB are right, they gave different answers).
I can not find any 12 or 15 deg stems of decent quality the closest I can find is a 10 or 20 deg.
QUESTION
What would be the difference (and amount of difference) between a 10 deg and 20 deg stem given that I would adjust the spacers to put the bars in the same place.

Thanks
I tried it and I can make the X marking the end of the bar in the same place for both 10deg and 15deg by adding 4mm of spacers
I was more wondering about the steering character. Even when the bars are in the same position by adjusting with spacers the angle circle of movement will be different for a 10deg and 20deg stem. I am really asking whether this will be noticeable?0
