Which upgrade next?

I've got a Saracen Kili Flyer with a fairly decent set-up (considering how much it has cost to put together.)
I want to either upgrade either my forks or brakes, but I'm not overly flush and wasn't sure if there's a decent upgrade to the Toras to pick up for a decent price (on fleabay or otherwise for under £200) whereas there's a decent amount of options for brakes for less.
Any suggestions for either parts? I was looking at Avid or Shimano for brakes and was open to suggestions for forks...
Thanks in advance for any input.

if i was on a tight budget and wanted a fork and brake upgrade i'd consider getting the brakes second hand to save cash but i'd rather have the forks new.
unless you have the skill to do your own fork repairs there's some risk in buying from some-one who may or may not have looked after them.
personally , so long as your existing brakes work ok then changing forks will yield the biggest improvement.
RS reba's come highly recommended on here.0
