Trek Fuel EX Size

Does anyone know if the size marked on the Frame of the Fuel EX is the virtual or the actual size? Looking to buy second hand...

It is the distance from the bottom bracket axle to the top of the seat tube. It means very little on its own, loads of other measurements to consider too ie effective top tube length,

Thanks, I have ridden the Trek, but I know they have 2 sizes the virtual & the actual.

I was curious which of these sizes is actually marked on the frame.
