Replacement hanger for Mongoode Tyax Elite

Hi folks,
My mate recently bought a new Mongoose Tyax Elite and the derailler hanger has broken after only a few weeks. I've never had to replace a hanger before so not really sure what manufacturers to look out for. The spec on the Mongoose site (and on all the retailer sites) simply states that it has a 'replaceable hanger'.
Anyone know the best place to look for a replacement?
The Mongoose website has an FAQ section which seesm to be completely blank unless I've got a problem with my browser.
Any advice appreciated!
