Those measurements are for Maxles, through axles etc. Dart 3 are std, very common quick release.
What are you doing? - if it is just upgrading the forks, 99% sure your current wheels will fit, as anything with a lower spec than Dart 3's will certainly be quick release.

The darts are the embarasment of the MTB world. At least suntour doesn't pretend to make good stuff, but RS is one of the top brands. Their bottom fork should be the rather good Tora.
