Marzocchi TST5 adjustment - with broken lever

I've been eyeing up a set of Marzocchi forks on ebay which have a broken tst5 lever. They're currently set to be locked out. I'm wondering if I could un-lock them without buying a lever and just use them (I'm not too bothered about the lock-out function)? Don't mind stripping them down to unlock them if it can be done?

Any help would be much appreciated.
