Problem with Rock Shox RECON SL Fork

Hi everyone,

I am new to the forum. I have a problem with my rock shox. I have a KONA KULA 2008 Model with a Rock Shox RECON SL fork (bike recently bought brand new from a mail order company).
The fork will not rebound and it appears the lockout has stuck. Has anyone had a similar problem or know the situation?

sorry the fork is locked down or will not compress?

how much air have you put in?

The fork is acting as if it is locked down and turning the lockout key has no affect at all. It was working perfectly last time I used it and I havent adjusted the air. I dont now why its gone funny!

Check the air pressure.
