31.8mm - 26mm handlebar shim... Where, please?

I have a 31.8mm adjustable stem, but now have some standard (26mm) aero bars!
Anyone know who is stocking the shims that will take my stem clamp down from 31.8mm to 26mm?

    The coke can trick would involve more than one layer.
