TT bike front mech

Hi

I have just purchased a new TT bike. As with new things the cables are bedding down and now I find it very hard to go from the small ring to the big ring. I know I need to add tension to the cable, but how?

It has dura ace bar end shifters.

    1. If downtube adjusters unscrewed the farthest - screw it back in
    2. push the gear lever right forward
    3. give the cable a good pull away from the downtube
    4. release the clamp bolt on the mech, pull any slack through and retighten.
    Omit step 1 if you don't have cable adjusters
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
