Seat post shoe carrier thingy

Hello,
I was competing in a duathlon last weekend which involved several run-bike transitions, and found it a real pain in the arse to have to stuff my muddy trainers into a backpack when putting on my bike shoes for the cycle legs.
On the route, I noticed a few guys had some sort of shoe-carrier attached to the back of their seat posts. I think it was basically a double-hook - one for each shoe. I've tried googling but havent been able to get any sensible results.
Does anyone know what these are called, and where I could source one?
Thanks

I think what you were seeing were racks on the back for spare bottles and tubes ?
I've never heard of a shoe rack on a bike and I've seen thousands of tri bikes.0 -
Ah of course - you could easily amend a bottle cage for it...
