What bike, Felt F85 2011 or CAAD 8 Tiagra triple?

Hi,
I'm hoping someone might be able to give me some advice on chosing between the two bikes in the subject above.
Basically I already have a Giant defy advanced carbon which I've been commuting to work on during the summer but don't want to ride it and trash it during the winter so want to get a bike for the winter.
Going to get it on cycle scheme (my work one has to be through wheelies). Got about £800 to spend. From looking on their website I've narrowed it down to the CAAD 8 tiagra or the felt F85 2011 which has 105's.
Currently I'm more in favour of the felt but based on no knowledge!!
any advice greatly recieved, commute is 35miles a day about 3-4 days a week.
