Front derailleur adjusting
I have triple chainrings on my road bike, but i want to set it up correctly so i was fiddling about with it earlier, so now whenever it is in the middle chainring all is okay, and in the smallest chainring the chain only rubs on the derailleur guard in one or two gears, but whenever i shift it up to the biggest chainring there is a lot of chain rubbing on the derailleur guard, so what do i need to do to correct this?

With the chain on the smallest sprocket at the back and on the large chainring turn the screw marked H anti clockwise until the derailleur sits out from the chain.Got to get up to get down0

Is the cage parallel to the chainrings? if not, loosen the clamp and twist it until it is.
Is it the smaller cogs / big ring where you get the rubbing? If so, it sounds like it's not moving over far enough on the big ring, so it's either the upper limit screw needs backing off a bit, or you need a bit more tension in the cable; try a twist of the cable adjuster on the downtube (anticlockwise)0
