XTR Brake Cable Set

Does anyone know if these are only for v-brakes, or could they be used for a cable disk setup such as Avid BB7?

Can get them for under £20, assuming they'll work with the BB7's, are they the best option, or would some Goodridge outer be best with some standard shimano inners?

    OK, so I take it you mean the rear as it has to go another 12" or so to the disk caliper instead of the v-brake?

    In which case what would be my best option for inner cable & outer?
