Where can I get one?

And are they all the same size? Elixir, Code, Juicy etc.

The lever mounted one for the codes is just about rounded off and I'd like to replace it before it ends up stuck.

I have a bleed kit, but there didn't seem to be any in there (although I hear there is supposed to be).

nope none come in the kit.

and any sram dealer can get them.

try you LBS as they may have some old assys with them on.
