Bitten off more than i can chew - New shifter related

got new STIs attempting to install them. got the rear brake joined up. but cant get the front derauiller to work

i have the cable in, its routed correctly. but it doesnt want to move the front derauiller at all.

please help.

fixed that issue, but im pretty sure the shift up is too tight. cant wait to start on the rear mech :shock:

well it wasnt a complete failure. in fact id say it was a major success!!!
