  • Did you have any issues with fork clearance under the down tube? I've ordered quite a low stack headset with mine so I'm hoping it will fit.
Less internal organs, same supertwisted great taste.

Nope, seemed fine with the Superstar Grande Bambino..
  • Then there's hope for me being built for the weekend yet! :)

I'm very tempted to build one of these. I was thinking of more of a downhill only build with revelation forks 1x10 gearing & some heavy duty wheels, brakes & components. I'm thinking it could be a good play bike for the DH/FR trails, not the fastest bike but a lot of fun. Do you think it would work with the mmmbop frame?

Im 6'2" but i think i would i would go 16" bit a little chuckable light bike i can jump a bit but still kinda blast round a short trail. Maybe even to ride a little light street on.. hmmmm I am now thinking.

The frames seem to come up quite large I think due to the long top tube.. I'm 5'9" and the 'small' certainly doesn't feel it particularly..

It certainly doesn't look small for a 16". I like a small chuckable bike myself, but being 5'8" with short legs, small is never tiny. Wouldn't mind a build with one of these, or the blue pig sometime in the future, but slightly concerned about the size. Can imagine it's solid on the downs, but does it feel cumbersome throwing it about?

Very nice build btw. I don't think the mmmbop's a pretty bike, but that looks pretty good!

Hey frogstomp, I'm considering swapping my GT Aggressor frame for an MmmBop but am now a little worried by the standover height I am 5"8 witha 31" inside leg. Whats the standover height at the top of the seat tube junction?
