A long shot about Elite Patao

Hey guys,

Recently bought 2 bottle holders made by Elite very cheap. One is missing a small bit of rubber and I thought I might email the manufactors amd see if they can help.....
So my question is, any one know who actually makes them? Can find lots of retailers but no info on the big guns who supply the little people... does this make sense?
