Is this a good deal?...should i buy?

I can get the following bike for £530....what does the forum think? I already have a defy 1 which I commute daily on and am after a second one...the steel frame appeals? I am not very up on bike specs etc ...so any help or advice would be very welcome

52cm Wilson/Iceni frame-Reynolds 520 blue with white graphics

    So are you after 'a second commuting bike' or something for 'non' commuting?

    first off - do you think it's a good deal? Do you really like it, and does it fit you?

    10 speed veloce groupset is good, I've have veloce on my bikes so far the other bits seem ok.

    Is £530 your budget, or the asking price or what you are considering offering?

    What did the seller suggest was the cost of this bike for him to build up.

    Also, the offer is only good if you know the history and condition of all the parts.
