Getting custom jerseys made up

I'm doing a tour for charity in early september.

I'd like to get 2 short sleeve jerseys made up, just for fun. Does anyone have any recommendations? There seem to be a fair few companies out there offering custom jerseys, but they vary wildly in price and how quick they can get the job done.

www.thecyclejersey.com is pretty good for making some custom jerseys. A few mates have had them make some for them.

There is a minimum order of 15 though (£32 each)

As it happens, I had already emailed them because they looked pretty promising. Failed to spot the minimum order though! I'll see what they say, perhaps they'll make an exception..

Had some superb rowing tech tops made up by them (custom colours) in single/double unit batches. Cost for short sleeved (non embroidered) custom coloured tops inc shipping from US was ~£35/each. Lead time might be a problem though :S
