What's a good time - 3 laps Richmond Park

Hello all,
I've been cycling about 6 months or so properly, and have recently noticed how much easier it is becoming, I have been doing lots of cycling and running, and the running has helped my CV fitness no end, not to mention recovery times.
So I have done 3 laps of the park many times now to see how I'm getting on. Best to date was near 55 mins. I however always seem to be losing people on the flats and then catching them on the hills, which doesn't make much sense given I'm 15 stone.
Anyway, what do you guys class as a decent time around there?

I may be a minority of one but that doesn't prevent me from being right.
